Cancellation Policy
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order free of charge while its status is Pending or Confirmed, from the order details in your account or the Jawaher app.
Once an order is Packaging or Out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled. You can instead refuse it at delivery or return it under our Return Policy.
Cancellations by the seller or Jawaher
An order may be cancelled if an item is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or a payment could not be verified. We will tell you and refund any amount paid in full.
Refunds for cancelled orders
Refunds for cancelled orders follow our Refund Policy. Cash on delivery orders cancelled before dispatch have nothing to refund.
