These terms apply to your use of the Jawaher website and mobile app ("Jawaher", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
2. The marketplace
Products on Jawaher are sold by independent sellers. Each seller is responsible for the accuracy of its product listings, stock and fulfilment. Jawaher provides the platform, processes payments and supports you if something goes wrong with an order.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm your order. We may cancel an order if a price was displayed incorrectly, and will refund any amount already paid.
4. Orders and delivery
Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation. Delivery times shown are estimates. You can track your order from your account.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Return Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse Jawaher, including posting false reviews, attempting to access other accounts, or using the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page.
